How the season is planned
Blocks, not reactions.
Rather than deciding what to coach the morning of a session — based on how the last match went, or the weather — we plan in 6–8 week blocks. Each block has a theme, a clear skill progression, and every session is published before the block starts. That's what lets skills actually stick.

What every block includes
- A clear theme and 6–8 week skill progression, aligned to the U10 Age Grade Law Variations.
- Every session built for our 2-coach U10 breakout group, with explicit coach roles.
- Full equipment lists, so nothing is a surprise on a Thursday evening.
- A finishing game or festival simulation, so the block always ends on something fun and visible.
